These terms govern your use of GetDefined, operated by Code & Beans AB ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@getdefined.app.

The service

GetDefined helps online personal trainers define a niche and generate ready-to-post Instagram content. Your first week is free with no card required. Continuing past the first week is a paid weekly subscription, billed monthly via Stripe; you can cancel at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetDefined.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the system, and no reselling the generated content as a competing product.

Your content

You own the content we generate for you and are free to post and adapt it. GetDefined is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta. Whether you actually post is on the honour system — we don't connect to your Instagram account.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We can't guarantee specific business results from posting the content. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
