Your first week of GetDefined is free, so you can try the full experience before paying anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Because the content is delivered to you immediately, there are no refunds for the current billing period. Cancelling simply stops future charges.

Right of withdrawal

GetDefined delivers digital content right away. By subscribing you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for that content under EU consumer law.
